• Suburbia East - as landowner/developer of a 10-hectare middle-income residential subdivision in Concepcion, Marikina City.

  Suburbia East is a 9.8 hectares development located in one of the fastest developing and most disciplined cities in the Metropolis, Marikina City. Composed of three (3) phases, Phase 1, 2 & 3, the project offers middle-income house and lot packages with a commercial stretch near spacious parks and play grounds. It is near well-known schools and universities, food chains, malls, commercial establishments and banks.

  
  

• Manchester Midlands - in joint venture with Robinsons Homes, Inc. as land contributor to the 72-hectare mixed-use development located in Tanza / Trece Martires City, Cavite. This project is comprised of socialized, low-cost and economic housing, institutional areas and commercial space leasing.

  
  

• Ayala-Greenfields Estates - in joint venture with Ayala-Greenfield Development Corporation as land contributor (30 hectares) to a leisure estate with golf courses, nature parks, commercial units and residential dwellings.
